Return & Exchange Policy

At Rubber Scrubber, your satisfaction is our priority. While we don't offer refunds, we're happy to facilitate exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Exchange To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@rubberscrubber.co.za with clear photos of the defect or damage. Requests will only be reviewed once photographic evidence has been provided and approved.

Exclusions Exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items, or for any products that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

Exchange Process Upon approval, the defective item must be returned to us at the customer's expense. Please note that exchanges are limited to the same product only — we are unable to substitute for a different item. All replacements are dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.

How to Request an Exchange Email us at care@rubberscrubber.co.za within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and your contact details. Please await our confirmation and instructions before returning the item.
