At Rubber Scrubber, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, wherever you are in South Africa.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of payment being received. During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 weeks in exceptional cases. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery All orders are shipped through trusted local courier services. Once dispatched, standard delivery within South Africa generally takes 8–11 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are payable by the customer. We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders over R550. Please note that this offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification. Where available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Responsibility & Liability Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Rubber Scrubber is no longer liable for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided at checkout. Rubber Scrubber cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information.
