3. Shipping Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Rubber Scrubber is not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.

4. Returns & Exchanges Rubber Scrubber does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are considered only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
